2017 Sep Grand Circle 14 Verde Valley
Montezuma's Castle.
Tuzigoot ruins not too far from Jerome AZ
Above and below are from Jerome AZ. This was and still is an artist colony. Very 'hippie' in it's day and, I feel, today!
Beautiful with incredible views of the Verde Valley.
Saw this painting above in a gift shop in Jerome, then spotted the same truck on the street.
We were experiencing this day via a guided bus tour of the Verde Valley to include the town of Jerome and the more famous town of Sedona AZ. We also went all the way up and back the Oak Creek Canyon.
The area surrounding the Verde Valley is known as 'Red Rock' country. You can see why.
A Horned Toad safely hiding around the cactus.
Evening sky from our campsite.
Just another house I should have bought! Ha.
This is the Chapel of the Holy Cross. A must see. And, please do go in and sit and meditate for a moment. It had a clearing effect on me.
This is the 'group' we traveled with for 32 days through some incredible country. What a beautiful place is this United States of America.
Hope all of you, from wherever you come from can visit us and our great country some day.
Love and peace to all.
Please note the handsome couple on the far right of this photo. We are both in blue! Smiles please!
The Adventure trip ends here but stick around from one more post!
